Hi I’m Ali! While I am a relatively new food blogger, I’ve been a long time cheese enthusiast and self-proclaimed cheese connoisseur. From aged, to sharp, to mild, to curds, to firm, to soft, to blue, to smelly, to old, and to new, I am willing to try any cheese at least once and will surely give you my honest opinion.

As a university student, discovering the finer things in life, such as wine and cheese, has been both a blessing and a curse. I blessing for my taste buds but a curse for my wallet. But I would not have it any other way, besides, cheese is grate with every meal.

I find myself most relaxed in the comfort of a kitchen. While I often find myself following a reliable recipe when cooking, I cannot deny my love to ‘freestyle’. This refers to my habit of eyeballing measurements in a recipe, adding ingredients that were not called for, or creating my own recipe altogether.

Therefore, I decided to create my own platform where I could share my recipes and my thoughts and feelings about all things cheese-related. Hopefully this will help me deal with my mild cheese addiction and share my wealth of cheesy knowledge with others!
